This agreement applies to training and services bought remotely through theintegralinstitute.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Buyer
The name, address, telephone number and email address you give at checkout form part of this agreement and are repeated in your order confirmation.
3. Subject
The subject of this agreement is your purchase of the training, workshop, coaching or assessment service described in the order summary. Its name, duration, format (in person or online), date and total price including VAT appear in the order summary and in the confirmation email.
4. Payment
Payments are taken through iyzico by credit card, debit card or another supported method. Card details are never seen or stored by the Institute; they pass directly to the payment provider. Instalment options and any related charge are shown before you pay.
5. Delivery of the service
The service is delivered on the date and at the time stated in the order summary. For online programmes the joining link is sent to the email address you gave, before the programme begins. For in-person programmes the venue, address and time are sent the same way.
In cases of force majeure, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, we may postpone or cancel. We will offer you a new date; if you do not accept it, the full amount is refunded within 14 days.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty, provided performance has not yet begun.
Send notice within that period to info@theintegralinstitute.com, stating your name, order number or date, and the programme. We refund the full amount by the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
When withdrawal does not apply. Under article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have begun with your consent, nor to contracts for events to be held on a specific date. Once a programme has started, the right ends; for dated programmes, refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Terms.
7. Disputes
You may take complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court for your place of residence or the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Effect
The agreement is concluded when you confirm at checkout that you have read and accepted it. A copy is sent to your email address.
