User: any natural or legal person who visits theintegralinstitute.com, opens an account, or uses the Institute's services.
2. What this agreement covers
These terms govern the free membership account you can open at theintegralinstitute.com. Membership is not enrolment: attending a programme requires a separate booking or application.
3. Opening an account
An account is created when you complete the registration form and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. We ask for your full name, email address and a password. If you sign in with Google, no password is created; we use the name, email address and profile picture Google shares with us.
You confirm that the details you give are accurate, that you will not share your password, and that you are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, write to info@theintegralinstitute.com without delay.
Accounts are not available to anyone under 18.
4. What membership gives you
- Writing a review. Only members may leave a review and rating in the “What our participants say” section of a programme page.
- Access to content and services the Institute may offer members in future.
We may extend, change or withdraw member benefits. If a paid service is ever tied to membership, its price and terms will be stated before purchase.
5. Reviews
Reviews are not published automatically; each one is read by a person first. We may decline to publish, or later remove, a review that is abusive, discriminatory, contains someone else's personal data without their consent, is promotional or spam, or turns out to be untrue or written by someone who did not attend.
By submitting a review you permit us to publish it on theintegralinstitute.com and in our own promotional channels. You choose how your name appears — in full, as an initial, or anonymously — and you may ask us to remove a published review at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt automated harvesting, load testing, vulnerability scanning or unauthorised access, and not to reproduce or republish our content without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The text, images, programme content, model and method names on this site, and the “The Integral Institute” mark, belong to the Institute or its licensors. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial reading requires permission.
8. Personal data
Personal data processed through your membership is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Ending your membership
You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@theintegralinstitute.com; we act on the request within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period the law prescribes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published here and takes effect on publication. Changes that materially affect member rights are notified by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumers keep their right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
