Alev Kasım

Alev began her professional career in 2007, accumulating 10 years of experience. She started as a Merchandiser Assistant at GAP & OLD NAVY. Later, she joined Colin’s as a Middle East Regional Sales Specialist, and then became a Marketing Communication Specialist. In 2013, she advanced her career as a Marketing and Corporate Communication Specialist at Entes Elektronik, one of Turkey's leading local companies.

Alev completed her undergraduate studies in Arabic Language and Literature. Due to her interest in both digital and traditional marketing, she attended the Media and Communication Strategies Certificate Program at Galatasaray University and later earned a master's degree in Marketing Communication at Bilgi University’s Brand School.

While working in marketing and corporate communication, she played a key role in organizing customer and employee training sessions and planning large-scale events attended by over 1,300 people. Through these efforts, she made a significant contribution to enhancing brand image and awareness.
Since 2022, she has been advancing her coaching career, beginning her coaching education at The Integral Institute. She is now a faculty member and assessor there. In 2024, she earned the ICF-certified ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential and completed the "Working with Dreams in Coaching" and "Mastery Program in Executive and Leadership Coaching" training programs. She continues to coach both individually and in corporate settings.

She has also met the national qualifications for the Level 6 Professional Coach Certificate.
