From Mind to Heart to Soul

Coaching That Reaches All Three Dimensions of Being Human — Not Just the Cognitive One

From Mind to Heart to Soul

Programme details

Duration
16.5 hours (ICF-approved)
Format
2-day intensive
Faculty
ICF-credentialed coaches (MCC, PCC, ACC) with 20+ years in somatic, ontological, and Integral traditions
Methodology
Integral Coaching™ + somatic intelligence + three-brain integration

The most effective coaches and leaders operate from all three intelligence centers at once. They think clearly (mind). They connect deeply (heart). They hold a presence that steadies the room even under pressure (soul — somatic intelligence, the body's wisdom).

Most coaching addresses only the first. Get clear, set goals, plan action. It works — until it does not. The client who understands their problem perfectly but cannot change their behavior. The leader who knows the right answer but freezes under pressure. The executive who has every framework but cannot connect with their team. The missing piece is not more insight — it is the two intelligence centers coaching usually ignores.

This 2-day intensive integrates all three through meditation, movement, breathwork, and experiential exercises — producing what we call "three-brain" awareness. It is built on Integral methodology and two decades of somatic and ontological training traditions. 16.5 ICF-approved hours that change how coaches lead, coach, and show up.

What You Will Experience

The Three Brains Framework
Head (cognitive intelligence), Heart (emotional intelligence), Gut (somatic intelligence). Most people — and most coaches — lead from one. This program develops all three and teaches participants to integrate them in real time.

Body Wisdom and Movement
Physical movement with music that opens awareness channels the mind alone cannot reach. Participants express the four elements through their bodies — Fire as forward energy, Water as flowing adaptability. Precision somatic work designed for professionals who live in their heads. Not yoga. Not dance therapy.

Hormones and Emotions in Leadership
How cortisol, dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin shape leadership presence and coaching effectiveness. The science beneath the felt experience — and how it changes the way leaders prepare for high-stakes conversations.

Emotional Frequencies
How emotional state transmits to teams and clients — whether intended or not. Participants learn to calibrate presence on purpose rather than accidentally broadcasting stress, disconnection, or impatience.

Integration Practice
Bringing cognitive, emotional, and somatic awareness together in live coaching practice. Participants coach from a different place by the end of Day 2.

Who This Is For

Professional coaches who know their toolkit handles the cognitive level well and want to add emotional and somatic dimensions. Leaders who have been told they need to "be more present" or "connect better" and want a specific methodology — not vague advice. HR professionals seeking experiential development that produces lasting behavioral change, not just intellectual understanding. Executive cohorts who have been through standard leadership development and are ready for what comes next.
